The invention relates to apparatus for the heat treatment of yarn from synthetic, preferably long, fibers during movement of the yarn in contact with the heating surface.
The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a device for heat treatment of synthetic fiber yarn, containing vertically arranged heaters installed parallel to each other and having containers connected in the upper and lower parts by channels, a heating element placed in the lower channel containers, and a means for regulating the pressure of the working medium, having a gas tank 11.
A disadvantage of the known device is the Impossibility of providing high-quality processing of the yield.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of processing yarn by ensuring uniform distribution
heat on the heating surfaces and the possibility of removal of gas and air impurities from condensate. This goal is achieved by

During prolonged operation of the device, gas impurities accumulate on the inner surface of the tanks 1 and in the pipe, which impede the circulation of the vapors of the heating medium and tend to mix with the evaporated medium, while the temperature in the middle part of the tanks 1 decreases. At this point, if the valve 12 open, gas impurities having a low boiling point are quickly transferred to the gas tank 17 and, consequently, the pressure in the tanks becomes lower than in the upper pipe k, and when the evaporated liquid condenses, its internal Adding falls again. By several opening and closing of the valve 12, the pressure in it is equalized with the pressure in the upper tube C, so that the temperature drop in the upper part of the tank 1 is compensated.
